Nathaniel Allen
Stretch and Strength / Training
Nathaniel may be young but don't let his novelty fool you. His understanding of mobility can be shown as he teaches his Stretch and Strengthen class or as he trains clients to perform movement patterns more effectively. His main focus with fitness is to make others more comfortable in their bodies, alleviating aches or pains, and to help them move more comfortably throughout their workouts and daily life.
When he's not exercising, Nathaniel enjoys running, shooting pool, and performing stand up comedy.
