OPTIONS FOR EVERYONE!

We are proud to offer a variety of health and fitness options at the Downtown Gym! Everything from 1 on 1 to daily group classes and targeted weight loss programs and we're adding new options all the time. We listen to our members and create options based on your feedback.

Group Fitness

Group classes are offered 7 days a week starting as early as 5:45 am and as late as 6:00 pm. We offer a wide variety of options, including Les Mills BODYPUMP™, Piloxing, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Drumming and more! To make scheduling your workouts pain free, we use the MINDBODY app - signing up for a class is a click away! Click here to view the current class schedule.

Personal Training

One on one personal training is designed to meet your very specific health and fitness goals.

 

During your initial meeting with a trainer, he or she will begin the process of getting to know you, in terms of your health and fitness goals, your health and exercise history, as well as your likes and dislikes. It is this information along with your trainer’s expertise and experience that will assist them in developing a customized program for you.

Cycling

Looking for a fun and motivating cycling class? Our state of the art studio will get your heart rate up and burn those calories!

 

Whether you're training for the next triathlon or just a weekend warrior, these classes will test your limits while having a great time!
